As a Course Developer, you can build online training courses to best fit your learning audience.  You can make the course as simple or as complex as you would like.

You do not need a programmer to assemble your course material.  It is as easy as filling out a form on the screen to create a topic in your course.  By adding several topics and telling the system the order you would like them displayed, all of the course navigation is generated automatically for you.

You choose the right tools for making your training content.  Many companies include web pages, exams, video clips, PowerPoint presentations, animated graphics, software simulations, course evaluations, and PDF files.  It is as easy as selecting the files from your hard drive.  Each learning object is simply called a "topic".  You can structure your topics into any hierarchy you wish - such as chapters, units, lessons, etc.

The system has features for collaboration of multiple developers (potentially working in different parts of the world) such as check-in/out, versioning, hidden topics.

Only authorized users can create or change course material.  University administrators in your company grant that authority to Course Developers for a specific course.
